Leading member of Adelaide Cricket Club (ACC) coaching program, within the South Australian Premier Cricket competition, from 2018/19 to 2025/26 culminating in the Head Coach Juniors role. Through this period the ACC was widely recognised as one of the leading cricket development programs in South Australia for both individual player development and Team success.

In 2023 we conducted a strategic review of the Adelaide Cricket Club Junior Program in response to SACA Junior cricket reforms and competition restructure. Recommendations to the ACC Board were adopted for the 2024/25 season and beyond with exceptional (Club record) outcomes:

• • U14 & U15.5 teams winning the SACA Premier Competition in 24/25 & remaining finalists the following season

  • U17 team winning the SACA Premier Competition in 24/25

  • U14 & U15.5 teams winning the T20 SACA Premier Competition in 24/25

  • Fantastic player engagement with a 95% player retention rate achieved for the 2025/26 season accross all age groups.

  • Measurable player improvements including State representation honours for a number of junior program players

  • ACC Senior program within South Australian Cricket Association (SACA) Premier Cricket having an exceptional 65% of all current players sourced from the Junior Program.

Established Goodwood Cricket Club Girls Program in 2016. This program was one of the first Girls cricket programs in South Australia and remains active within Community Cricket.

Member - SACA Women & Girls Strategic Working Group (2018) delivering recommendations to the SACA Board on strategies to improve participation, retention and quality of Women and Girls cricket in South Australia.
